Before you start
You need the provider account and access required for this connection. Availability depends on the provider contract and market.
Set up
Open the App Store, install Viva, and open its settings. Enter the account details requested by the app. Complete the provider's setup and test the connection with representative data before enabling live use.
Settings
Keep the account details for the selected environment together. Save secret values only in the app's credential fields.
Scope and limits
Smart Checkout with verified payment results and refunds. Complete the required merchant return and notification setup before your first test.
Troubleshooting
Check that the app is enabled, its required settings are complete and the provider account has the required access. When a submitted operation has an uncertain result, check the provider account before repeating it. When a refund's result is uncertain, the app holds further refunds of that payment so the money is never returned twice: check the refund in your Viva account and make any further refunds of that payment there.
