Before you start
A Serbian City Express account, carrier-confirmed connection address and API key.
Set up
Open the App Store, install City Express Serbia, and open its settings. Enter the carrier-confirmed address, API key, sender address and standard parcel weight. Validate, then agree and complete a trial booking with the carrier.
Settings
Use the account identifiers and credentials issued for this connection. Save secret values only in the app’s credential fields. Keep test and production account details together.
Changing the connection address erases the saved API key and takes the app back to setup. Enter it again for the new address.
Scope and limits
The app targets domestic Serbia, not other carriers with the same name. Confirm the sender details and configured weight before every booking. A second address line is added to the street, or to the delivery note when the street field is full.
Troubleshooting
Check that the app is enabled, required settings are saved and the external account has the necessary access. If an operation has an uncertain outcome, check the external account before repeating it.
