Accept card payments through the provider’s hosted checkout.
Before you start
An OTP Bank Serbia VPOS agreement, shop identifier, signing keys and bank-provided payment addresses.
Set up
Open the App Store, install OTP Bank Serbia, and open its settings. Save the merchant settings and validate them. Validation checks that the settings are complete; only a test payment proves the account works. Complete successful, declined and canceled test payments, then confirm the order outcome in Poltura and the provider account before using live credentials.
Settings
Use the account identifiers and credentials issued for this connection. Save secret values only in the app’s credential fields. Keep test and production account details together.
You do not have to enter a notification address in the provider panel. It is sent with every payment. The address is listed under System endpoints on the app page for reference only.
Changing the payment address erases the saved credentials and takes the app back to setup. Enter them again for the new address.
Scope and limits
Enter the payment address the bank gives you, including any ?PAGE=LAND ending. This connection is for OTP Bank Serbia VPOS, not every OTP country or SimplePay. Refunds and cancellations are handled in the provider portal.
Troubleshooting
Check that the app is enabled, required settings are saved and the external account has the necessary access. If an operation has an uncertain outcome, check the external account before repeating it.
