Before you start
A BEX Serbia shipping contract, API token, client ID and agreed shipment category.
Set up
Open the App Store, install BEX Serbia, and open its settings. Save the credentials, pickup contact and shipment category. Enter the required standard weight for category 31. Validate the connection, then test a shipment using your agreed carrier process.
Settings
Use the account identifiers and credentials issued for this connection. Save secret values only in the app’s credential fields. Keep test and production account details together.
Scope and limits
This connection is for Serbia. Check the configured category, parcel weight and cash-on-delivery bank account before booking. Installing the app does not open a carrier contract.
The house number is read from the end of the street line, so numbers inside a street name stay in the name. Write bb when a house has no number. A second address line goes in the apartment field, or in the courier note when it is too long for that field.
Troubleshooting
Check that the app is enabled, required settings are saved and the external account has the necessary access. If an operation has an uncertain outcome, check the external account before repeating it.
