Connect your Serbian accounting account and create outgoing invoice drafts.
Before you start
A Minimax Serbia account with an API application and organization access.
Set up
Open the App Store, install Minimax Serbia, and open its settings. Save the application credentials, account credentials and organization ID. Validate the connection. On the app page, enter the customer, currency, numbering, item and VAT rate IDs from Minimax before submitting a draft.
Settings
Use the account identifiers and credentials issued for this connection. Save secret values only in the app’s credential fields. Keep test and production account details together.
Scope and limits
The result is an invoice draft. Review and issue it in Minimax according to your accounting process. The connection is for the Serbian service. The app does not list Minimax customers or items, so take the IDs from your Minimax account.
A member needs write access to orders to create a draft.
Troubleshooting
Check that the app is enabled, required settings are saved and the external account has the necessary access.
If Minimax rejects a draft, the page shows its reason. Correct the draft and submit it again.
If Minimax does not confirm a draft, check your Minimax account before repeating it. The page keeps the same reference, even after a reload. Submit again only if the draft did not arrive. If it did, choose Start a new draft so the next draft gets its own reference.
