Before you start
You need the provider account and access required for this connection. Availability depends on the provider contract and market.
Set up
Open the App Store, install GoPay, and open its settings. Enter the account details requested by the app. Complete the provider's setup and test the connection with representative data before enabling live use.
Settings
Keep the account details for the selected environment together. Save secret values only in the app's credential fields.
Scope and limits
Hosted card checkout with verified payment status and refunds. Confirm supported payment methods and currencies with GoPay before enabling it.
Troubleshooting
Check that the app is enabled, its required settings are complete and the provider account has the required access. When a submitted operation has an uncertain result, check the provider account before repeating it. When a refund's result is uncertain, retry the same refund: the app checks GoPay's refund history first, records the refund if GoPay already made it and sends it again only if GoPay did not.
