Synchronize contacts and ecommerce orders with your existing Brevo account.
Before you start
A Brevo account, API key, contact list and store reference. Enable Brevo’s ecommerce application for order synchronization.
Set up
Open the App Store, install Brevo, and open its settings. Save the list and store identifiers, account currency and the sales channel whose marketing consent should be used. Validate, enable and test a known contact and order from the app page.
Settings
Use the account identifiers and credentials issued for this connection. Save secret values only in the app’s credential fields. Keep test and production account details together.
Scope and limits
Blacklists set in Brevo remain in effect. A contact is blacklisted only after an explicit unsubscribe; a contact without consent is kept without a list. If someone unsubscribed through your store and subscribes again, the blacklist is lifted. Order currency must match the connected account. Purchases do not create marketing consent. Consent changes synchronize periodically, not at once, so an unsubscribe can take a while to arrive; on a store that sleeps it waits for the next wake. Cancelled orders update automatically. When a customer’s data is erased, the contact is deleted from Brevo too.
Troubleshooting
Check that the app is enabled, required settings are saved and the external account has the necessary access. If an operation has an uncertain outcome, check the external account before repeating it.
