Shoprenter does not give every plan an API, so Poltura works from its exports. It can download them for you after one sign-in, or you can drop the files yourself. Your Shoprenter shop is never changed.
What moves
- Products with variants, prices (including customer group prices), stock, images, categories and brands.
- Customers with their groups, and past orders.
- The old product and category addresses, which become redirects.
Connect
In Poltura, open Settings, choose Import and pick Shoprenter.
Enter your shop address, your admin e-mail and your password.

If Shoprenter asks for a two-step code, type it in.
Poltura downloads the product, customer and order exports for you.
Your password and the two-step code are never stored.
Prefer to do it yourself? Export the products, customers and orders in Shoprenter, choose Rather use files?, and drop them.
Matching
Matching, under Change what to import, shows the customer tags and the product fields we left behind, when there are any. Choose which tags become customer groups and which fields become product attributes. Customer groups from Shoprenter arrive as customer groups on their own.
Sync again
While your shop still sells, choose Sync again on the Done step. Poltura downloads the exports again and changes only what differs. Anything you edited here stays. Records changed in both places are listed under Changed here and in Shoprenter, where you choose which version stays for each.
To hide the products you removed in Shoprenter, switch on Hide products that disappeared from Shoprenter. They are hidden, never deleted.
When you have switched
Choose Finish moving on the Done step. It deletes the saved Shoprenter session, our copy of your old shop's data, and keeps your redirects and everything imported.
You can tick Invite my customers to set a password. Poltura then emails the customers it brought, so they can set a password for their account here. You can preview the email first. It is never sent by itself. It goes out only when you tick it, in small batches, 500 customers on the first day and a bit more each day after, so it stays out of spam.
If something goes wrong
- The sign-in fails. Check the shop address, the e-mail and the password, and try again. Or drop the export files instead.
- A file is refused. Export it again from Shoprenter with all columns ticked.
- Something still does not work. Contact Poltura support.
