# WSPay

Accept card payments through the provider’s hosted checkout.

## Before you start

A WSPay Form merchant account, shop identifier, shop secret and assigned authorization address.

## Set up

Open the App Store, install **WSPay**, and open its settings. Save the merchant settings and validate them. Validation checks that the settings are complete; only a test payment proves the account works. Complete successful, declined and canceled test payments, then confirm the order outcome in Poltura and the provider account before using live credentials.

## Settings

Use the account identifiers and credentials issued for this connection. Save secret values only in the app’s credential fields. Keep test and production account details together.

Changing the authorization address erases the saved credentials and takes the app back to setup. Enter them again for the new address.

## Scope and limits

Confirm the shop currency. Refunds and cancellations use the provider portal because this connection implements hosted form checkout.

WSPay reports a payment only when the shopper returns to the store. If a shopper pays and closes the browser before returning, no order is created: check the WSPay account and contact the shopper.

## Troubleshooting

Check that the app is enabled, required settings are saved and the external account has the necessary access. If an operation has an uncertain outcome, check the external account before repeating it.
