# Raiffeisen VPOS

Accept hosted card payments through Raiffeisen VPOS.

## Before you start

You need the provider account and access required for this connection. Availability depends on the provider contract and market.

## Set up

Open the App Store, install **Raiffeisen VPOS**, and open its settings. Enter the account details requested by the app. Complete the provider's setup and test the connection with representative data before enabling live use.

## Settings

Keep the account details for the selected environment together. Save secret values only in the app's credential fields.

## Scope and limits

Hungarian VPOS checkout with verified payment returns and refunds. Confirm the merchant account, currency and required acceptance tests with Raiffeisen.

## Troubleshooting

Check that the app is enabled, its required settings are complete and the provider account has the required access. When a submitted operation has an uncertain result, check the provider account before repeating it. When a refund's result is uncertain, the app holds further refunds of that payment so the money is never returned twice: check the refund with Raiffeisen and make any further refunds of that payment in the bank's merchant interface.
