# Netračuni

Issue Serbian fiscal sales receipts for eligible store orders.

- Where: App Store → Netračuni
- Status: Beta

Issue Serbian fiscal sales receipts for eligible store orders.

## Before you start

A Netračuni account authorized to issue Serbian fiscal receipts, with an API token.

## Set up

Open the App Store, install **Netračuni**, and open its settings. Save and validate the token. Review the tax labels available on the app page and complete an agreed test before selecting the service in your invoicing process. In the invoicing settings, set the default tax label and, if shipping differs, the shipping tax label.

## Settings

Use the account identifiers and credentials issued for this connection. Save secret values only in the app’s credential fields. Keep test and production account details together.

## Scope and limits

Receipts require RSD orders and compatible tax labels. To use another label for a product, set `netracuni_tax_label` in the metadata of the variant or product. Receipts do not carry a buyer ID. If a receipt needs one, issue it in Netračuni.

Fiscal receipt issuance is separate from Serbian SEF electronic invoicing. A label that does not match the order's VAT rate stops the receipt before anything is sent, so you can correct it and retry. Check the result before retrying an uncertain request.

## Troubleshooting

Check that the app is enabled, required settings are saved and the external account has the necessary access. If an operation has an uncertain outcome, check the external account before repeating it.
